Online Ordering
Ordering online is fast, safe and easy. After you have decided on an item you would like to purchase simply click the “add to cart” button. On this next screen you can decide on the number of sets you would like. If you would like to continue shopping simply return to the products page and follow the same procedure. Once you have finished shopping you can proceed to check out. Simply fill out all billing and shipping information and then submit your form. You do not need a PayPal account in order to pay through PayPal. If you are having trouble ordering on line please contact us right away so we can help you process your order.
Methods of Payment
You can pay with your PayPal account, or, if you do not have a PayPal account or do not want one, you can pay with VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER and AMERICAN EXPRESS. For US customers, if paying by credit card, your credit card company will convert the funds from Canadian dollars to your national currency when processing your bill. To find out what the current exchange rates are please contact your individual credit card company. We also accept money orders. (Canadian funds only) sent by mail.
Sales Tax
Canadian GST will be collected on all orders being shipped to addresses in Canada. If you live in British Columbia you will be required to pay PST also and this amount will be included in the total amount due.
Order & Shipping Confirmations
Order confirmations are sent to you via e-mail. You will receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. If you have not received your order confirmation within 24 hours of your order, please contact us by e-mail at lisa@stainlessseal.com or call us at 250-505-2104. Our Customer Service hours are Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST, Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. PST. We will make every effort to respond within one business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, when your order has been shipped from our warehouse.
Shipping
Our standard shipping method is via Canada Post for Canadian customers but we also ship with Greyhound, UPS or Fedex upon request. Shipping times may vary from approximately 3 to 6 days depending on where you live.
Canadian Customers
If your order is to be shipped to Canada, you must pay in Canadian dollars and the following shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order. The cost is before any tax or shipping fees are applied.

US Customers
If your order is to be shipped to the United States, you must pay in Canadian dollars. Your credit card company will convert the funds from Canadian dollars to your national currency when processing your bill. To find out what the current exchange rates are please contact your individual credit card company. Shipping times will vary from 7 to 14 business days depending on where you live. The following shipping and handling charges will be applied to your order. The cost is before any shipping fees are applied.

Customs, Duty and Import Tax
Stainless Seal cannot be responsible for any customs or duty charges on shipments to the US. Charges (if any) are determined by customs officials once the shipment has arrived in the States. This process might also add delay to your delivery. If you have questions or concerns about customs, please contact the customs agency to inquire on regulations and costs.
Orders Mailed to Incorrect Address
If your order is returned to us because the address you gave us through Paypal or otherwise was wrong, we will contact you in order to get your new address. We will then request that you pay the full cost of shipping the products back to you. Please make sure that you keep Paypal updated at all times with your current address information. Thank you.
Returns
We believe that you will love our products as much as we do. However, if you are not happy with your containers, you may return them for a full refund of applicable charges within 30 days of the date of invoice, provided the items are in their original new condition with all pieces. Items that are broken, used, washed or damaged may not be returned. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable, unless we sent you the wrong item. Please inspect goods upon delivery. Any damaged or missing items should be reported to us immediately. All goods held by customer for more than 30 days cannot be returned. Thanks for your understanding. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.
Issuance of Credit
If you purchased by credit card, your card will be credited for the full applicable amount within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise. If you paid by money order, you will receive a cheque from Stainless Seal for the full applicable amount (after currency conversion) by mail approximately 2-4 weeks after the returned product has been received. If you prefer a store credit you will be informed and the store credit will be issued within 10 business days of receipt of the returned merchandise.
